how to make durian ice cream



The Material:
- 500 grams of meat durian
- 400 grams of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 liter of cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ice cubes as needed

How To Make:

First cooking water and sugar, then stir until the sugar dissolves and thickens. Add durian flesh that had been previously blended, add the salt, then mix well and set aside.
For more dough, put the egg yolks in a heat-resistant bowl and place over a pan of boiling water. Then beat with mixer until fluffy and pale.
After that mix the dough that has been set aside earlier with the above batter gradually, stirring constantly until the average mixed ingredients, chill.
Place the steel basin contains over a bowl of ice cream stone, whipped cream with a high speed mixer until fluffy.
Subsequently mix the egg mixture and durian which has been cooled into magkuk cream gradually, stirring until blended. Cover the dough using plastic wrap, store it in the freezer for about 3 hours.
After 3 hours, remove the dough from the freezer, beat the dough using mixcer until the dough becomes soft. Save back into the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Repeat the process as much as 2 to 3 times, let it freeze.

Untui durian ice cream ready to serve.
